At DCS we go one step further though, and harness that collective knowledge and enthusiasm for excellence in our Design & Innovation squad – focussed on building leading edge solutions that ensure the services we provide are constantly evolving with the Pega Product and driving the maximum amount of value for our clients.
Working in agile sprints, the team is able to respond quickly and adapt to changing priorities to support the needs of our clients. Whilst not only working on new solutions to bring incremental value to our got to market service offerings, the team is also able to quickly build proof of concept prototypes to support customer success in their transformational roadmaps – anticipating future challenges and building custom solutions to demonstrate back to them as to how to overcome them.
The teams work has seen them collaborate with Pega’s own Product Engineering teams, ensuring that the solutions the teams work on are in line with the products future upgrade compatability roadmaps and in line with recommended best practice. This has seen a number of publications to the Pega Marketplace as well as hosting sessions in Pegas CDH Partner Community Events and various workshops hosted by Pega.
With the team comprised largely of senior experts, the Design & Innovation team also acts as an incubator hub for more junior team members to learn new skills and be exposed to new features in the latest versions of the Pega Product. This ensures expertise are shared throughout the company, giving everyone the opportunity to grow in their careers and cross train skills into different business areas.
