We’re excited to announce the opening of our office in Hyderabad, India today located in the HiTech City area.
The expansion into India represents a significant milestone for the company and was a natural extension to the core services we’re already providing today.
The Delivery Centre in India integrates with our existing UK based teams; providing the option for blended onshore & offshore teams within our existing clients as well as enabling us to scale our footprint to new clients, all whilst maintaining quality and focus on decisioning skills.
Speaking with Sunil Lodha, Director & Principal Decisioning Architect he said, “We’ve wanted to do this for a while, but with the pandemic we had to delay things so it’s great to finally put this into practice. We wanted to ensure that when we operationalized the team, we were able to have a presence from our UK office to ensure the adoption of existing processes and culture.
We know that all clients are looking for value, and we believe this combined with our extensive experience and UK based experts contributes to that.”
He added, “The office we’ve taken is big. The team is currently around 15 people, but the office has been acquired with a view to allow us to grow into it. We see the team growing considerably in the next 12 months.”
When talking about the hiring process and retaining the quality of the existing core services he remarked, “That’s key to our success. We want to attract the right talent – people with demonstrated experience in decisioning projects and with a passion to grow with the company. We know that we have to continually differentiate ourselves on quality and it’s our people that allow us to do that.”
