Following the re-structure of Pega’s Partner Programme ecosystem ‘DCS’ have been recognized as a 1:1 Customer Engagement Specialist Partner (EMEA).
It comes as Pega looks to bring more agility to its growing ecosystem, with the new programme intended to provide a deeper and more accessible range of partner skills and solutions for clients racing to keep pace with their markets.
This should in turn enable Pega clients to more easily identify and collaborate with the right pre-qualified partners across a range of technology and industry solutions – such as 1:1 Customer Engagement and Intelligent Automation.

The company’s history has been firmly routed in ‘decisioning’ with the founders sharing over 45 years of experience and have followed the evolution of the products capability into what it is today.
